Mindful Creativity: Drawing for Wellbeing

Thank you to the wonderful group of people who came along for Saturday’s very first adult drawing workshop. We kicked off with the question from the kids yesterday, What Makes You Happy?

We did a 10 minute body scan to calm our minds and then everyone spent an hour sketching a Story Sphere. We then practiced Gratitude by writing Thank You Letters. We all agreed we could have continued sketching for longer.
